These terms govern your use of this website and the services offered through it by AI Coaching for Lawyers, operated by Wesley Higbee.
No legal services; no attorney-client relationship
AI coaching is educational. Research and drafting support is provided only to licensed attorneys for their review and responsibility. I am not licensed to practice law and do not provide legal services directly to the public. Using this site, purchasing coaching, or exchanging messages does not create an attorney-client relationship, and nothing on this site is legal advice.
Attorney responsibility
Deliverables are first drafts and research work product prepared for the independent review of the engaging attorney. The engaging attorney retains strategy, client communication, final review, filing decisions, supervision, and professional responsibility for all work product used in a matter.
Coaching accounts and hours
A free account is required to purchase coaching and to track remaining hours. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. Purchased hours are credited to your account and are used for scheduled coaching sessions. Coaching hours are personal to the purchasing account and are not transferable or resalable.
Complimentary session
One complimentary 60-minute session is available through August 31, 2026, one per client, subject to scheduling availability. Paid packages are for follow-up coaching.
Flat-rate research and drafting
Research and drafting engagements are scoped before work begins. The question, deliverable, fee, and deadline are agreed in writing. That written scope governs the engagement. Research and drafting work is not purchased through the website checkout.
Confidential information
Please do not submit confidential client information through this website or by text message. Handling of matter materials is arranged directly with the engaging attorney.
Guarantees and outcomes
The Authority Accuracy Guarantee and the First-Draft Satisfaction Guarantee published on the home page apply as written and are the exclusive remedies they describe. No guarantee is made or implied as to the outcome of any matter, motion, or litigation.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to this site or other users' accounts, and do not use the site for unlawful purposes. Site content, materials, and coaching materials are provided for your own professional use and may not be redistributed as a competing product.
